Terms of Service

Welcome to Getlinkedge (“Getlinkedge”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Getlinkedge website and services at getlinkedge.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Getlinkedge does

Getlinkedge is an AI-powered tool that analyzes a public LinkedIn profile you provide, scores it, and can generate suggested rewrites of profile sections and feedback on posts. Getlinkedge is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.

3. How profile data is used

You provide a public LinkedIn profile URL. We retrieve publicly available information from that profile through a third-party data provider and send it to our AI provider to generate your analysis. We never ask for your LinkedIn password, never log in to LinkedIn on your behalf, and never post anything to LinkedIn. You represent that you have the right to submit any profile URL you enter.

4. Payments & refunds

Some features are paid (for example, the Profile Makeover and the Post Analyzer subscription). Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. One-time purchases grant access to the purchased feature. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period. Because AI generations are delivered instantly and consume real costs, paid generations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If something went wrong, email us and we will make it right.

5. AI-generated content

AI output may be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything you use. Getlinkedge does not guarantee any specific outcome (such as job offers, recruiter responses, or interviews). You own the rewrites you generate for your own profile.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to analyze profiles you have no right to, to break any law, to abuse, scrape, or overload the Service, or to attempt to reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Getlinkedge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
